Ferramati Ltd. was founded by Luigi and Mario, the Amati brothers, who have been achieving a strong experience over many years in both civil and industrial field.
The Company has taken up space in the local and regional market.
It is specialized in supplying and installing processed and/or assembled shaped steel for reinforced concrete.
20022005
The Company started operating successfully in the branch of prefab by using a machinary system to manufacture slabs and double layered latticed reinforced concrete slabs, cupels and reinforced concrete panels.
Simultaneously, it launched more than 500 items for the building, iron and steel market.
2008
Research and Development (R&D) – The Company developed an interesting research project in order to lightweight floor slabs and patent the ‘STEP floor slab’ made of reinforced concrete truss beams and EPS blocks self made.
20092010
The Company installed a machinary system to manufacture expanded polystyrene, by adding insulating EPS slabs, lightweighting expanded polystyrene beads and EPS building artefacts with the aim of increasing their wide range of items.
2013
Research and Development (R&D) – The Company went on investing in research by patenting the HPWalls System (High Performance Wall System), which is a double reinforced concrete slab joined to EPS panels, with very high mechanical, thermohygrometric and acoustic performance, for walling and bearing walls.
2014
In 2014, with the birth of Ferramati International Ltd., the Company started cooperating with foreign market. In Bassora, Iraq, it contributed to the building of “The Martyr Mohammed Baquir Al-Sadr” bridge on the Shatt Al-Arab river, which was commissioned by The Bassora Governor.
2015
The Company has increased its wide range of precast products by manufacturing reinforced concrete box culverts, particularly used in the road and industrial sector, and also steel structures, achieving very high standards of efficency in this field.
2016 …
The Company has promoted the STEP Wall, an EPS formwork to build reinforced concrete structures fulfilling environmental sustainability criteria.
Together with floor slab, the STEP System is also used to make “A energy efficiency class” structures.
Since 2016, Ferramati International Ltd. has dealt with the production and sale of reinforced concrete precast products and EPS artefacts for construction industry.
